Ingredients
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
100 g butter
1 cup sour beer (apple)
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 apple, chopped
For the frosting:
200 g white chocolate
200 g cream cheese
Icing sugar, to taste
Directions
Whisk eggs and sugar
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar
Melt butter, pour into the mix with the beer
Pour into 12 muffin cases, with chopped apple in each
Bake at 175 C for approx. 15 minutes
Once cooled down, add the frosting and topping
