Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate (over 70%)
10 cl imperial stout
100 g soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
100 g chopped almonds
Directions
Melt chocololate and beer, stir well
Mix butter, brown sugar and vanilla sugar
Add one egg at a time to the butter and sugar
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and almonds
Combine all and pour into an oven tray (buttered)
Bake at 175 C for approx. 20 minutes
Let cool down, sift over icing sugar
Serve with whipped cream and beer
