Ingredients (serves 4)
400 g minced meat
1 onion (red)
1 garlic clove
100-150 g chorizo
400 g tinned red kidney beans
400 g tinned tomatoes
1 cup porter/stout
Soy sauce – to taste
Hot chili sauce – to taste
Smoked paprika – to taste
Salt & pepper – to taste
Directions
Fry chopped onion & garlic
Add minced meat with the onions, fry until cooked
Add chopped chorizo, fry away some more
Add kidney beans to the mix
Add tomatoes, beer, sauces & spices
Let simmer away as long as you can wait
Serve with rustic bread, greens & beer
